Properties are cleaned weekly and reset for occupancy for the next client.
Our cleaning team is automatically notified of a new occupation of the property and when that client should be vacating the property. The cleaner will not only clean the entire property but will also report any damages or wear and tear that will need to be addressed. If any minor repairs are needed the maintainance team will take care of it. If any furnishing need to be replaced, we will do that immediate, ready for the next client.
We will cover all utility bills.
Like most tenants would pay for their own utility bills, include Council Tax, we would too.

Traditionally you would have used an estate agent to find tenants and advertise the property on your behalf. You would have to pay for this service. Kitchen and bathroom DO NOT look tired and in need of updating
Roof in good condition - NO leaks, cracks or sealing issues
Central heating system in good working condition.
Windows and all doors, including hinges, working well with no sealing issues or surface damage
Electrical systems working well with no issues
At least 1 off street parking space
